Every Board Counts

In partnership with Centrepoint, we have launched an initiative to sponsor rooms for the young homeless. #EveryBoardCounts

With every board we erect post survey (with the vendors permission), we will donate £12 of our fee to ensure another young homeless person has shelter, food and warmth for the night.

There is no cap to how many rooms we will sponsor and it is our mission to put roofs over as many heads as we can!

'I have been a fond supporter of Centrepoint for many years, having launched previous an initiative involving a number of estate agencies to support the amazing work the guys and girls at Centrepoint carry out. I have had the pleasure of attending the Jerudong Park Polo Trophy – Centrepoint’s charity polo match – at the historic Cirencester Park Polo Club amongst many other VIP supporters of Centrepoint - alongside the patron HRH The Duke of Cambridge.

I am fully behind Centrepoint's mission to end youth homelessness by 2037 and with your help we can ensure this happens!'

Information for vendors:

You are under no obligation to agree for London & Kent Surveyors to erect a board at your property.

Should you allow for us to do so, the board will be erected within 7 working days and stay up for circa 4 weeks of which we will then have it removed.

External photos of the board may be used for marketing.

We will donate £12 to Centrepoint, once the board is erected in order to sponsor a room for a young homeless person.
